Weymouth Beach in partnership with UKBT

Weymouth Beach Volleyball Club today can announce that they will be working in partnership with UK Beach Tour for Summer 2018.

UKBT is supported  by the promoters of the major events in England and its Director is  England player Jake Sheaf. The UK Beach Tour aims to give all players the chance to compete on a national scale. Utilising the  5 star system established last year, it allows those who are just finding the sport and those who are competing for their country, a chance to showcase their talents.

There will be a new category this year of Pro Tour events of which the Weymouth Classic will be one of just 4  events at this level.

Volleyball England are well aware of UKBT and very supportive of the concept. Negotiations are taking place to ensure the sport can move forward with the support of both parties. Should you have anymore questions please send them to info@ukbeachtour.com

Weymouth UKBT Events:

June 2/3rd: Mini Classic  3 Star and 1 Star

July27/29th: Weymouth Classic 5 Star, 3 Star, 1 Star
