WELCOME TO WEYMOUTH
On behalf of the organisational team we would like to welcome
you to Weymouth
for our 29th Classic. We hope you have great weekend.
We hope regular visitors will like our
slightly changed lay out this year , we hope that it
will make access to Centre Court a little
easier .All officials will be in blue/black Weymouth logoed shirts so please ask
them if you have any concerns. Any issues about match orders etc should be
addressed to the guys at the desk s in the Marquee.
MATCH SCHEDULES
There will be no PA announcements to call teams to courts. It
is the responsibility of the team to check the match orders in the marquee.
CENTRE COURT
If you are told that you are due to play on
Centre Court
please ensure that you have completed a player profile sheet (available at the
desk) so that the commentators can confidently talk about you.
WARM UPS
The warm up between matches will be 5 minutes from the time
the court is cleared from the previous match. It is essential that this is
strictly kept to so that we can ensure that play for the day finishes at a
reasonable hour.
RESULTS SHEETS
The winning team is responsible for bringing the result sheet
to the desk

The best and nearest toilets are in the back of the amusement

horizontally striped building.
LITTER BINS
There are plenty of litter bins on site please ensure that

If you would like to compete in the 4-aside competition

social 4’s so please let us know which of these you want to compete in. Entries

Classic in its normal form will not take place. We are currently discussing
possibly doing a smaller pre Olympic event in May. Otherwise we hope you enjoy
the Olympics, see you in Horse Guards parade and we will welcome you back here
in 2013 for our 30th event.
